striker Isaac Success scored his third goal for La Liga side Granada
before heading off to the U-23 championship in Senegal, which begins on
Saturday.
Success underlined his current form when he doubled Granada’s lead against Atletico Bilbao after 59 minutes for his third goal of the season on Sunday, africanFootball.com reports.
Success, who has represented Nigeria at U-17 and U-20 levels, is one of four foreign-based players that made the final cut for the U-23 championship, which will serve as qualifying tournament for the 2016 Olympics I Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The others are – Taiwo Awoniyi (Germany), Azubuike Okechukwu (Turkey) and Junior Ajayi (Tunisia).
